A-Z VoIP Termination

Wholesale VoIP termination

A unique portfolio of CLI-enabled direct routes.

Carriers are already pre-connected. Same premium-quality direct VoIP termination without all the paperwork and painful audit process. Benefit from our Exchange ecosystem — where CLECs, independent operators and international carriers trade origination and termination capacity.

Direct CLI routes

  • Use our Exchange community to link directly to the target network.
  • The custom VoIP termination solution you need, ready to go live.
  • Exactly the same as interconnecting with Big Name Multinationals
  • Your project can’t wait – pay today, provision today.
  • We will provide a fully functional test trunk to send traffic.
  • PoPs in Australia, South Africa, Singapore, USA, Canada and Europe.

Service differentials

We own the hardware and the infrastructure. Not only do we terminate directly to PTTs and incumbents, we also take responsibility for the IP part of the connection by only using Tier 1 IP transit and major Internet Exchange transport. Our network hubs are in 12 locations and each hub is linked to a group of local carriers via in-country gateways. Unlike traditional wholesale VoIP players, we don’t aggregate your traffic in one European or US East location. In each of the 12 regional facilities, you will have access to multiple local telcos.

Carrier Voice services for your business

Quickly provision multiple E1s of capacity for your outbound sales call center, SIP-compatible voice application or automated announcement platform. DID Logic is the underlying SIP trunking provider for many popular social apps, automated surveys, medical billing providers, NGOs, non-profits and universities.

Quick connect

Your DID Logic account comes with instant VoIP termination service. Easily connect existing FreePBX, Elastix, 3CX, Freeswitch or any other SIP based IPPBX or enterprise SBC. We will provide initial product guidance and fully functional trial so that you can test voice quality before switching your calls.

We offer SIP interconnect over the public Internet, or a dedicated private Ethernet link to our switches in any of the 54+ available datacenters. RLX (RouteLogic eXchange) customers can also connect using TDM in our BT Cardiff, Telecity Amsterdam and Telehouse London locations.

Sample number porting process

  • Identify the DIDs that are currently with a service provider you wish to migrate from. You could be getting service through a chain of resellers, or bundled with your other non-voice services such as hosted contact center or office broadband.
  • We ensure completely seamless, zero-downtime number migration. Please ask your IT person and tell us how your inbound number routing is set up. We support PSTN forwarding and IP-based routing to your office PBX.
  • Pre-production test. To ensure 100% uptime during the porting, our NOC engineers will pre-build your numbers on our switches and simulate inbound calls before any porting takes place.
  • Sign off on LNP forms. Requirements vary from country to country. For example, US toll-free numbers require no bill copies – only a short Letter of Authority (LoA).
  • Cut-over date (Firm Order Commitment date). On the day of the port, DID Logic engineers will supervise the number transition to ensure that call flow is completely uninterrupted. Your numbers now SIP INVITE directly from the regional datacenter to your office IP.
