In seven countries, we are on-net and direct with the incumbent carriers — and we control our own network routing for inbound toll free traffic in: United Kingdom, The Netherlands, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Brazil.

The audio part of the call (RTP media) will stream from the local in-country facility, dramatically reducing latency and making it much easier for agents to serve inbound callers. There is no charge for inbound capacity. You won’t need to buy channels separately. Channels can be dynamically scaled to match your business requirements. Toll-free porting and provisioning

In addition to toll-free coverage in deregulated, mature markets with relaxed telecom laws, DID Logic can also provide toll-free DIDs in hundreds of countries where no geographical VoIP numbers are available at all due to local regulations, but toll-free numbers are.

You can migrate your toll-free numbers from your old provider to DID Logic using our automated, paperless LNP portal. Approve port orders with e-signature and track LNP progress. Numbers can be delivered over standard SIP trunk to any IP-PBX such as Asterisk, Avaya, 3CX and Freeswitch. We also offer call forwarding to existing numbers over PSTN.
